Today we introduce the Jeep Cherokee. An all-around SUV that combines classic off-road pedigree with modern urban intelligence. As the backbone of the Jeep family, Cherokee has been tasked with connecting the city and the wilderness since its birth.
The Jeep Cherokee has a brand new exterior design. It still continues the Jeep family’s iconic seven-hole grille design, but the shape is flatter and wider, seamlessly integrated with the LED headlight group, enhancing the visual overall sense, while giving the front face a stronger sense of technology. The headlights adopt a split layout, and come standard with adaptive matrix headlights, which significantly improve the night lighting effect and are more futuristic.
The overall vehicle profile is more streamlined, retaining the power of American SUVs, while optimizing aerodynamic performance, reducing the drag coefficient to 0.33, and improving fuel economy. The side lines of the car are neat, and the shoulder line is slightly upturned, creating a dynamic aesthetic that is ready to go. In terms of wheels, the 2025 model offers a variety of 18-20-inch rims, paired with all-terrain tires, making it fully prepared for urban commuting or off-road adventures.
The design of the rear part of the car is more layered, and the new LED through-type taillights are more naturally integrated with the tailgate. At the same time, new hidden exhaust and metal anti-scratch guard plates are added to enhance the wild temperament while retaining a fashionable and modern feel.
Entering the car, the Jeep Cherokee presents a refreshing interior layout. The central control area is equipped with a 12.3-inch floating central control touch screen and a 10.3-inch digital instrument panel. The dual screens are linked, the UI interface is intuitive, and the function integration is high. The new generation Uconnect 6 infotainment system supports 5G connection, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and has natural voice recognition and OTA remote upgrade functions, making every trip smarter.
The cockpit layout is centered on the driver, adopts an embracing design, and a large area of soft covering and stitching decoration reflects the American luxury style. The high-end model is equipped with Nappa leather seats, the front row supports heating, ventilation and multi-directional electric adjustment, and the rear space is further optimized on the basis of the lengthened wheelbase. The leg and head space are significantly improved to meet the comfort needs of family travel.
In addition, the Cherokee is equipped with Jeep’s exclusive “Trail-Tuned atmosphere lighting system” for the first time. The multi-color atmosphere lights are dynamically adjusted with the driving mode to create an emotional atmosphere in different driving situations. At the same time, the car is equipped with an active noise reduction system and Alpine premium audio to create a private and quiet listening space.
Jeep Cherokee offers a variety of powertrain options, taking into account both traditional fuel users and new energy trends: 2.0T turbocharged gasoline engine: maximum power of 270 horsepower, peak torque of 400 Nm, matched with a 9-speed automatic transmission, linear power response, fuel economy optimized to 8.2 liters per 100 kilometers, suitable for daily urban driving and light off-road. 2.0T PHEV plug-in hybrid version: equipped with an efficient turbo engine and a dual-motor hybrid system, with a combined power of 375 horsepower, a pure electric range of up to 65 kilometers (WLTP standard), supporting fast charging and energy recovery functions, and almost no fuel consumption in short-distance commuting in the city.
Trailhawk off-road version: specially designed for extreme off-road, standard Jeep Active Drive Lock intelligent four-wheel drive system, with low-speed crawling mode, steep slope descent, mud/rock/snow and other five terrain options. The chassis passability is further enhanced, with a wading depth of up to 610 mm, making it a veritable “all-terrain warrior”. All models support the Selec-Terrain® all-terrain dynamic management system. Drivers can choose the appropriate mode according to real-time road conditions to achieve intelligent adjustment of vehicle power output, speed response and four-wheel drive system, so as to easily handle various complex road conditions from highways to muddy forests.
The Jeep Cherokee is a multi-faceted SUV that can be calm and composed in the city and can gallop freely in the mountains. It not only meets your commuting needs, but also desires to cross mountains and explore the unknown with you. In terms of appearance, it retains Jeep’s consistent fortitude style and incorporates modern technological aesthetics; in terms of interior, it polishes comfort and intelligence to the extreme; in terms of power, it provides multiple options of fuel, plug-in hybrid and off-road, truly achieving “full-scene driving control”.
