Bold Exterior Design with Spindle Evolution Identity

The 2026 Lexus NX features the family’s latest “Spindle Evolution” grille design, resulting in a flatter, more three-dimensional front fascia with a lower visual center of gravity, creating a poised and ready stance. The LED daytime running lights on either side retain their L-shaped structure, but with sharper details. Together with the new matrix headlights, they form a unified visual language, making the car instantly recognizable both day and night.

The body lines maintain Lexus’ signature sleek and precise design, with a continuous waistline extending from the front fenders to the taillights, creating a sense of dynamic tension. The wheels have been upgraded to 20 inches, and their multi-spoke blade-like design complements the car’s dynamic presence.

The most significant change at the rear is the lighting system, featuring a continuous taillight with “LEXUS” lettering embedded within, which not only enhances the car’s visual width but also further enhances its recognition and modernity. The body size has increased slightly, with a length, width and height of 4670/1870/1670mm respectively, and a wheelbase of 2720mm, providing more spacious interior space for the vehicle while achieving a good balance between dynamic stability and comfort.

Stepping into the cabin of the 2026 NX is an immersive experience of craftsmanship and technology. The overall layout continues the Tazuna reins concept, emphasizing a driving experience of “oneness between driver and vehicle.” A centrally located 14-inch OLED high-definition touchscreen offers a responsive interface and, combined with natural voice recognition, facilitates convenient operation. The full LCD instrument panel and head-up display complement each other, providing a clear view of key information.

The interior materials maintain Lexus’ high standards, featuring extensive use of premium soft-touch materials and genuine leather, complemented by wood trim and brushed metal accents. The result is a refined oriental aesthetic with a modern, cool touch. Top-of-the-line models feature a Mark Levinson audio system with 17 speakers, delivering theater-quality surround sound.

For comfort, the seats are ergonomically optimized, with 14-way power adjustment, heating, ventilation, and memory function for the front seats, and heated and power reclining for the rear seats. Further improvements in sound insulation, combined with active noise cancellation technology, create a “library-level” serene atmosphere, creating a sense of isolation from the hustle and bustle of the world.

This delivers both exceptional acceleration and fuel efficiency, achieving fuel consumption as low as 5.5L/100km.

The NX 450h+ Plug-in Hybrid, also based on a 2.5-liter engine but equipped with a larger lithium-ion battery pack, boasts a pure electric range of up to 80km. Its combined power output reaches 309 horsepower, and it accelerates from 0 to 100km in just 6.3 seconds, offering the perfect blend of fuel efficiency and performance. The NX 350 F SPORT, powered by a 2.4T turbocharged engine with 275 horsepower and 430 Nm of torque, is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and an adaptive variable suspension system, delivering a more controlled driving experience.

Regardless of the powertrain, the NX maintains excellent NVH control and fuel economy. All models also come standard with the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0, integrating adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, and emergency steering assist, ensuring safety on every trip.
